Los Angeles-born streetwear label Aelfric Eden is stepping off the screen and onto the streets of New York with a two-week pop-up at 68 Franklin Street in Tribeca, running July 5 through July 19.
Known for colliding skate culture, anime, graffiti, and oversized silhouettes, the brand has built a global following around clothes that feel playful, nostalgic, and distinctly internet-era. Now, Aelfric Eden is translating that digital universe into a physical space filled with exclusive drops, artist collaborations, and hands-on creative experiences.
From the Feed to Franklin Street
After years of growing through social media and partnerships with retailers including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Urban Outfitters, Zumiez, and Tillys, Aelfric Eden is giving its community a place to experience the brand beyond the scroll.
“We wanted a space where people could walk in, touch the clothes, meet the artists, and feel the brand in person,” says co-founder Steven Wang. “68 Franklin Street is that space.”
More than a temporary storefront, the Tribeca activation offers a glimpse into what happens when an internet-born fashion label builds a world its audience can actually enter.
The New York Exclusives
Naturally, Aelfric Eden is not arriving in New York empty-handed.
The pop-up will debut two NYC-exclusive Cloud sweatshirt sets in NYU Purple and Columbia Blue. Created specifically for the activation, neither colorway will be restocked once it sells out.
Four New York-exclusive, soccer-inspired jerseys will also drop during FIFA World Cup finals week, bringing the energy of the tournament into Aelfric Eden’s graphic-heavy visual language.
The limited releases continue with three premium heavy-wash denim vests, alongside an early look at select Fall/Winter 2026 pieces before their worldwide launch. In other words: if you want it first—or want something no one outside New York can get—this is the place.
Waves From Every Corner
The clothes are only part of the story.
Under the title “Waves From Every Corner,” the pop-up’s cultural program brings art directly into the retail experience. Brooklyn-based artist Xianglong Li will present a gallery installation, while New York airbrush artist Rob Graham will host live customization sessions throughout the activation.
A daily DIY station will also invite visitors to personalize their purchases, turning Aelfric Eden pieces into one-of-one creations.
It is a fitting extension of a brand shaped by subcultures that have always treated clothing as more than something to wear. Within skateboarding, graffiti, anime fandom, and streetwear, style becomes a language—a way of signaling who you are, what you love, and where you belong.
A Pop-Up With Main-Character Energy
As fashion becomes increasingly experiential, the most exciting retail spaces are beginning to feel less like stores and more like temporary creative worlds.
With exclusive drops, art installations, customization, and soccer-inspired programming, Aelfric Eden’s Tribeca pop-up is designed for discovery. Visitors are not simply being invited to shop; they are being welcomed into the chaotic, colorful universe behind the clothes.
For Aelfric Eden, it is a chance to meet the community that helped turn a digital-first label into an international streetwear force. For New York, it is two weeks of fashion, art, and anime-charged energy—with a few extremely limited hoodies thrown in for good measure.
The Aelfric Eden NYC Pop-Up runs July 5–19 at 68 Franklin Street in Tribeca. Admission is free and open to the public.
