Coline Creuzot, a gifted songstress from the Lone Star State, Houston, Texas, has been in love with music and the arts since her early years. Her dynamic personality, angelic voice, and passion for music have always been captivating, leading her to perform at local competitions and write and sing throughout high school and college.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Business Management, Coline made the bold decision to pursue music full-time. It was during this time that she crossed paths with Happy Perez, a renowned producer who has worked with the likes of Miguel, Mariah Carey, and Frank Ocean. Together, they created the chart-topping hit ‘Give and Take,’ which propelled Coline‘s career to new heights. She went on to open for artists such as Drake, Keyshia Cole, and Monica and secured a publishing deal with EMI (now Sony ATV). Ebony Magazine named her “an artist at the forefront,” and her single ‘Truth Is’ reached number 24 on Billboard’s Urban A/C charts in 2016. Critics have praised Coline for her writing ability and her work with some of Houston’s hottest artists, including Slim Thug, Lil Keke, Z-Ro, and Paul Wall.

Coline released “Sometimes” in 2021, co-written by Sam Hook and produced by Happy Perez, followed by her Billboard charting single “For Love” and “That Feeling” in 2022. “Nothing” was Creuzot’s first release of 2023 from her new EP Hearts Don’t Break Even.

Coline Creuzot‘s latest project, Hearts Don’t Break Even is a stunningly beautiful musical journey that explores the complexities of romantic relationships. The EP’s ethereal harmonies and soulful beats create a dreamlike atmosphere that is both sensual and reflective. Coline‘s voice is a beacon of hope, expressing her acceptance of lost love while finding strength and independence within herself with her honey-like timbre at the forefront.

As you listen to Hearts Don’t Break Even, you’ll be transported to a place where hopeless romanticism meets astounding honesty in the face of Oxytocin overloads. The instrumentals are masterfully crafted, taking you on a journey that is both imaginative and vividly retrospective, as it pays the best kind of homage to late 90s romantic R&B textures. The EP is accurately described as “a sunset drive through the highs and lows of romantic relationships”, moving you toward a state of reflection that is both powerful and cathartic, pulling no punches unapologetically as the perfect sort of music to smooch too. Want to invest some quality time into your relationship? Take your S.O. on a date, throw this EP on the ride there and back, believe in romance again, and fan those flames!

With Hearts Don’t Break Even, Coline Creuzot has created a masterpiece that will leave you breathless. Her music is a celebration of the human experience, inviting you to explore the depths of your own emotions and experiences with love and heartbreak alike.
