Brooklyn’s all-girl lo-fi pop trio Vivian Girls has just released the video for “Take It As It Comes,” the most bubbly track off their latest album, Share the Joy. Filled with land-line phones, pink tiger-print bedspreads, a Prince poster, and a ton of hairspray, the video incorporates the call-and-response conversation in the Shangri-Las-esque song. Lead singer and guitarist Cassie Ramone gives bassist Katy Goodman love advice, telling her to “think with your head, not with your heart” and to “take it as it comes.” Watch the video to see if Katy listens to her girls.
