Sasha Alex Sloan

Sasha Alex Sloan is a rising star in the music industry, and it’s not hard to see why. We had the opportunity to have a quick chat with Sasha about how she was feeling heading into weekend two of Coachella. One of the first things Sasha mentioned to us was how excited she was for Weekend 2 of Coachella as she thought that Weekend 2 was extremely fan-focused as all of the weekend one nerves were replaced with feelings of excitement and gratitude. Sasha also mentioned to us how grateful she is for her fans as they “literally created [a] dream job for [her].” Finally, we spoke with Sasha about what is on the horizon for her and she mentioned how this initially was her low-key year which turned into a busy year, but that she is so grateful for the change. Lava La Rue

Lava La Rue’s music is a breath of fresh air in the world of contemporary music. Their unique sound blends elements of R&B, soul, and indie pop to create a sound that is truly their own. We also had the opportunity to chat with Lava who immediately captivated us with their glimmering personality, cracking a joke about how cold they were in the 98-degree Coachella heat. When we asked Lava to tease us with some new music or projects, Lava asked us, “Well, how hard do you want to be teased?” We immediately responded with “Tease us hard!” Lava then hinted that upcoming projects might include spaceships and aliens, and how they were ready to bring their new music to Earth. Two Friends

Two Friends’ music is a perfect blend of catchy hooks, infectious beats, and positive vibes that will instantly put you in a good mood. When chatting with Two Friends, we were able to learn about and listen to some unreleased music and we can say that these songs are fire. You have to keep up with the dynamic duo so you do not miss these drops in May. The iconic group also shared their gratitude for their fans and Coachella for providing them with the opportunity to perform again. We talked to them about differences in their sets from Weekend 1 and Weekend 2 of the festivals and they shared that there would be many more surprises to come in their set a few hours following our chat.

SG Lewis

SG Lewis is a musical genius who has created a sound that is both nostalgic and futuristic at the same time. His unique blend of electronic music, R&B, and soul creates a vibe that is both smooth and energetic. His music is perfect for dancing, relaxing, or just getting lost in the moment. During our chat, SG Lewis shared with us how excited he was to be at Coachella for a second weekend and was ecstatic to have a few special surprises that would occur during his set. He wanted us to relay how grateful he is for his fans and that he has new music on the horizon.

Dombresky (AKA Disco Dom)

Dombresky’s music is a perfect example of the power of dance music to uplift and energize. His tracks are filled with infectious beats, catchy hooks, and driving rhythms that are impossible to resist. Dombresky’s sound combines elements of house, techno, and bass music to create something that is both modern and classic. His music is perfect for dancing, working out, or even just enjoying a night out with friends. With his unique style and undeniable talent, Dombresky has established himself as one of the most exciting producers in the electronic music scene today.

We had the pleasure of speaking to an extremely talented Artist, Dombreksy, and had the chance to ask him about one of his friends, “Disco Dom.” He explained to us how he initially made a Disco Dom set because he had performed all of his other music repeatedly and wanted to do something different. He explained however since then, people have surprisingly loved Disco Dom and started booking Disco Dom. Dombresky shared with us his gratitude for being at Coachella and how weekend 1 he was initially nervous, but by weekend two his nerves were replaced with excitement. We asked if there would be any changes in the show between Weekend 1 and Weekend 2 and Ashnikko shared with us that she would be doing the same show since she and her team put so much effort into creating it. Final Thoughts

But some of the most memorable moments at Coachella come from unexpected collaborations and surprise guests. In years past, artists like Kanye West and Daft Punk have appeared sending the crowd into a frenzy. You never know who might show up at Coachella, so keep your eyes and ears open for anything and everything. Some of this year’s guest appearances included Billie Eilish, Zendaya, Sia (via Labyrinth), Ellie Goulding (via Calvin Harris), The Weekend, 21 Savage, and Future (via Metro Boomin), and more!

When it comes to navigating the festival, it’s important to come prepared. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes, bring plenty of sunscreen and water, and plan your schedule in advance so you don’t miss any of your favorite acts. And don’t be afraid to take a break and explore the festival grounds in between sets – there’s plenty to see and do, from art installations to food vendors to interactive exhibits. We cannot wait for next year’s Coachella and are beyond excited for the opportunity to travel the festival grounds again!
