 Vacation Forever is the solo project led by Zacharias Zachrisson. The Swedish songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has a robust house of music in his blood from the trippy acid rock of his previous band Tussilago to being the brother of Swedish royalty in her own right Lykke Li.
In his solo adventure Vacation Forever release his first single “Blank Ocean”, a track in February to amazing support from the airwaves of LA to raving crowds at sold-out live shows in his hometown of Stockholm.“ I Changed My Life For You” is one of the next steps towards the Vacation Forever’s debut project, set for release via Jeff Bhasker’s Kravenworks label this year.
“I Changed My Life For You” is a nostalgic throwback to all the 90s heartbreak, guitars and self-loathing that you would want to watch on repeat. Of the song, Zacharias says, “‘Changed my life is kind of like beachboys on crack it’s 2 chords and repeating vocals it’s a desperate attempt to sound like Alan Vega.”‘
