Previously one-half of electronic duo PARTS, FADE realized her solo project and prismatic dayglo era music was born. The 80s music was a vital part of inspiration for FADE growing up and the era still continues to have a strong influence on her music. In “Whole” premiering today, she gives an ode to the era recreated a video that would fit in perfectly in the Generation X childhood. The song is about self-discovery and the video reflects that by empowering women to “come to life” through making music.
FADE goes on to say, “As a musician, I feel it’s important to inspire my audience to use music for genuine soul searching, self-acceptance, and self-expression because it has a magical way of connecting us not only to each other but also to ourselves.”
