Californian-born, Sydney based songstress Ainsley Farrell new single ‘Walls’ is a rock-infused folk gospel that will make you want to go to the church of lonely hearts.
Her melodies are alluring and her messages delicately wrapped in with her heartstrings on this sunset drenched track. Farrell says of single, “Walls came to me during a period when I was feeling stuck. I was thinking a lot about how I got to this point and if I’ve stayed true to my younger self. It was a lot of looking back at what I’ve given up to get to here and wondering if it’s all been worth it.”
We think it certainly is Ainsley! The musician is currently on the road across the U.S. writing and compiling songs for her album that she plans to release when she returns to Sydney. Enjoy “Walls” below.
