Goldfrapp ushers in their sixth album Tales of Us, due out September 10th, with a beautiful video for their single “Drew”. Directed by filmmaker Lisa Gunning, the video is highly cinematic, mesmerizing and ghostly, but we must warn you that it’s technically NSFW— in case you don’t want your boss to see you looking at a nipple and a few intergluteal clefts (some buttcracks). In all seriousness though, the lovelorn and orchestral “Drew” is haunting with its acoustic guitar arpeggios and accented timpani. It will make you look forward to the other tales that unfold on their forthcoming album where the rest of the tracks, except for one which is entitled “Stranger”, are named in the first person. It’s like a modern day fairy tale for adults.
