Join us as we take you back through the electrifying experience of Hard Summer 2024, held at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Park near SoFi Stadium on August 3 and 4. This year’s lineup featured an incredible array of artists that delivered unforgettable performances. From legendary DJs to rising stars, spread across both days of the festival, here are nine sets that made this festival an absolute blast.
Boys Noize

Kicking off our festival journey with Boys Noize was a perfect start. His effortless transitions between blissful disco and hard-hitting techno kept the crowd energized and craving more. Known for collaborations with Skrillex and Lady Gaga, his dynamic explosion of sounds was unpredictable and exhilarating, setting the tone for an epic weekend.
Disclosure

As Saturday night’s headliner, Disclosure delivered a set that was nothing short of spectacular. Brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence, known for their groundbreaking album *Settle*, brought their signature UK garage and house beats to the stage. Their recent single, “She’s Gone, Dance On,” had everyone dancing, and their mix of classic hits and new tracks created an atmosphere of pure joy and nostalgia.
INVT

Miami duo INVT brought a unique blend of dark techno and Latin rhythms that was impossible to resist. Luca Medici and Delbert Perez’s tight, experimental set featured booming bass and glitched-out synths, creating a hypnotic experience. Their innovative approach and high-energy performance were a highlight for those seeking something fresh and exciting.
Rezzmau5

The combined forces of Deadmau5 and Rezz, known as Rezzmau5, created a deep, dark, and maniacal set that shook the festival to its core. Their collaboration on tracks like “Hypnocurrency” and “Infraliminal” showcased their love for left-field noise and bass-heavy beats. This rare live performance was a mesmerizing journey into their dystopian soundscapes.
Elderbrook

Elderbrook’s live performance was a refreshing change of pace with his one-man band setup. Known for hits like “Cola” and “Numb,” his set was filled with heartfelt sing-alongs and vibrant energy. Elderbrook’s ability to switch between singing and playing instruments created an intimate and uplifting atmosphere that resonated deeply with the crowd.
Fisher + Chris Lake (Under Construction)

The back-to-back set by best mates Fisher and Chris Lake was an over-the-top party filled with mind-numbing drops and fun vibes. Fisher’s unhinged energy combined with Chris Lake’s tech-house mastery created a set that was both wild and technically impressive. Their playful banter and mutual attempts to outdo each other kept the crowd entertained and dancing non-stop.
JYOTY

JYOTY’s set was a global musical journey, seamlessly blending hip-hop, Brazilian bops, hard breakbeats, and rave synths. Her ability to read the crowd and mix genres effortlessly made her performance a standout. The diverse beats and infectious energy kept everyone moving and exploring new musical territories.
Kerri Chandler

Kerri Chandler, a pioneer of deep and garage house, brought the soulful spirit of electronic music’s roots to HARD Summer. His mix of feel-good melodies and kickin’ club beats created a nostalgic yet timeless atmosphere. Chandler’s set was a masterclass in house music history, connecting the past with the present.
Mary Droppinz

California DJ Mary Droppinz delivered a magical set filled with a wide variety of genres. From grimy bass to orchestral house, ’90s R&B remixes to current chart-toppers, her ability to blend different styles kept the crowd guessing and grooving. Her set was a rollercoaster of emotions and beats, leaving everyone sweaty and satisfied.
