JAMES BLAKE “ENOUGH THUNDER” COLLABORATION EP WITH BON IVER FOR OCTOBER 4 RELEASE.
James Blake is gearing up to release his brand new digital EP with Bon Iver, entitled ENOUGH THUNDER, via Universal Republic Records on October 4th. The six-song collection follows up James’s universally acclaimed self-titled debut, which took audiences by storm when it dropped last February.
ENOUGH THUNDER is yet another one of Blake’s hypnotic, ghostly debuts. The 22-year-old UK artist features an alternative electro ebb and flow that’s simultaneously stark and soaring with Bon Iver in perfect harmony. On the first single, “Fall Creek Choir Boys”, they create a sonic nirvana fueled by ethereal melodies.
In addition, the EP features a rendition of Joni Mitchell’s “A Case of You” made popular by James and four new compositions from the artist withBon Iver. Critics and fans have been begging–pleading for more music from Blake and now he’s delivering.
His debut has sold more than 200k units worldwide and was nominated for a prestigious Mercury Music Prize. ENOUGH THUNDER continues his budding legacy with a roar.
