Gang Gang Dance and Opening Ceremony have paired up to promote the band’s latest album, Eye Contact, which will be released by 4AD on May 10th. Part of the mind-blowing, multi-media collaboration including in-store displays, a band-curated mixtape, and an exclusive 4AD Session was a Cinco Day Mayo record release party at Manhattan’s China Chalet sponsored by SVEDKA. It turned into a multi-cultural celebration for the new album that only Gang Gang could come up with.
The party was full of beautiful industry types, good beats, sweat, rose petals, table dancing and basically all the things that would make memories of parties in lower Manhattan’s memorable.
Opening Ceremony stores in New York and Los Angeles throughout May will have window displays and super limited-edition tote bag designed by renowned musician and artist, Brian DeGraw.
