Wax London just served Los Angeles a major dose of transatlantic swagger. To kick off their month-long residency at Culver City’s ultra-chic concept space The Optimist, the Brit-born brand hosted an intimate pizza party to unveil their effortlessly cool High Summer 2025 collection—and yes, it was a certified vibe. The guest list was stacked with fashion-forward faces like Andrew Matarazzo, Gavin Leatherwood, Philip Uter, Matthew Postlethwaite, and Adam Ballheim, serving up eye candy galore. Mezcal cocktails courtesy of Madre and wood-fired pies from Roberta’s kept the scene delicious all night long.
Founded in 2015, Wax London has carved out a name for itself with menswear that’s equal parts heritage and heat. Think statement patterns, tactile textures, and sustainably sourced fabrics that feel as good as they look. The pieces nod to British roots while embracing global influences, resulting in styles that are timeless, travel-ready, and undeniably cool.
Their L.A. pop-up marks the brand’s official U.S. retail debut, and the city’s breezy-meets-bold energy is a perfect match. “Expanding into Los Angeles just made sense,” said the brand team. “The laid-back luxury and appreciation for craftsmanship here totally align with our DNA.”
Locals can now shop Wax London IRL and immerse themselves in the brand’s world of slow fashion, sharp tailoring, and standout details. If this launch is any sign of what’s to come, the West Coast is in for a seriously stylish summer.
